About this massage

My back and face massage combines two massages that go well together: a firm massage for your back and a gentle face massage with Gua Sha. If you are looking for a face massage in Bern that is more than a quick extra, you will find it in my studio in Bern's Old Town, a few minutes' walk from the railway station.

What makes this massage special

The massage has two parts. On your back, I work with firm pressure where tension has settled. On your face, everything becomes calm and gentle, with Gua Sha.

Gua Sha comes from traditional Chinese medicine. On the face, it is a very gentle technique.

Who it is suitable for

For anyone who feels tension in their back, shoulders or neck and would also like to do something good for their face. For example after long days at the screen, when the tension also shows in your forehead and jaw.

If you have a skin condition, an injury to your face, pain or another illness, please ask your doctor first. A massage is no substitute for medical treatment.

What is Gua Sha?

Does the massage hurt?

No. I work firmly on your back, but only as much as feels good to you. On your face, the pressure is very light. Tell me at any time if you would like it differently.

Which duration should I choose?

60 minutes leave time for back and face. If your back is very tense or you would like to take more time for yourself, choose 90 or 120 minutes.

Does health insurance cover the costs?

I offer this massage at the wellness price. It cannot be claimed through health insurance. You receive a receipt for your supplementary insurance with traditional Thai massage and classic massage.
