With foot reflexology in Bern, I work with targeted pressure on the reflex zones of your feet, for a relaxation you can feel throughout your body. What makes my foot reflexology in Bern special

According to reflexology, the whole body is reflected in the feet: certain zones there stand for certain areas of the body. I apply targeted, calm pressure to these zones, step by step and with attention to every spot.

On top of that, the massage is a soothing break in which you can let go completely. It is often only then that you notice how much your feet do every day.

I have over 15 years of experience and am a member of an association for traditional Thai medicine. So your feet are in good hands with me.

Foot reflexology for two is a lovely shared break, for example with your mother, your daughter or your partner. You are massaged at the same time, and each person has their own therapist. Each person pays for their own massage. The easiest way is to choose “For two” when you book, or to give me a call. You can find out more under couples massage in Bern.

Do I need to undress?

The focus is on your feet. I am happy to explain everything else at the studio before we begin, so that you feel completely comfortable.

Does foot reflexology hurt?

It should not hurt. Some spots may feel more sensitive than others: just tell me, and I will adjust the pressure straight away.

My feet are ticklish. Is it still possible?

Yes. Calm, targeted pressure usually tickles less than a light touch. Tell me how it feels, and together we will find the right pressure.

How is it different from a foot massage?

A simple foot massage loosens and relaxes the feet. With foot reflexology, I also work specifically on the reflex zones, which according to reflexology are connected with the whole body.
