A pregnancy massage in Bern gives you a quiet time just for yourself. In my studio in Bern's Old Town, I massage you from the 14th week of pregnancy, gently and attentively, after you have checked with your gynaecologist. Here you can take a deep breath and let yourself be pampered.

What makes pregnancy massage special

A lot changes during pregnancy, in your own body too. Pregnancy massage takes this into account: I massage you gently and soothingly, with a pressure that feels good to you. Tell me at any time if you would like anything different.

Your well-being comes first. I take time for you, so that you can settle in, switch off and enjoy the massage.

Who it is for

Pregnancy massage is intended for expectant mothers from the 14th week of pregnancy. Before your first massage, please talk to your gynaecologist about whether a massage during pregnancy is right for you.

It is for anyone who would like to treat themselves to a break during this special time: to let go, to relax, to have a moment just for themselves. If you have any complaints or are unsure, please check with your doctor first.

You can treat yourself to a pregnancy massage with me at the wellness price. This massage cannot be claimed through health insurance.

For traditional Thai massage and classic massage, I issue a receipt for your supplementary insurance at the health insurance price. Would you like to share this time with someone, for example your partner or a friend? Then come together: you are massaged at the same time, each by your own therapist, and each person pays their own price. Choose “For two” when you book. During pregnancy, the journey to the studio is not always comfortable. That is why, on request, I also come to your home, in Bern and throughout Switzerland.
